Before joining Bartra Erika worked in Accounts and Administration for a busy restaurant/catering company.  During this time Erika was responsible for processing invoices, payments, creditors, reconciliations and VAT returns, she also assisted the Accountant with preparation of end of year accounts.  Erika managed the reception duties which included dealing with customer queries, general queries and all social media content for the business.   Erika also had responsibility for induction of new staff members within the company.

Erika’s previous experience is in retail/chain store as a Sales Assistant.  During her time in retail Erika gained valuable experience in communications, sales, cash handling, general day to day duties, reaching targets set by management and customer service.
