Ivor McNamara

Prior to joining Bartra Capital Property, Ivor worked in the Avison Young Real Estate Corporate Finance team in London providing a full range of M&A and finance advisory services to shareholders, property companies, institutional funds, management teams and private equity firms. He focused on structuring finance and raising capital for real estate transactions for clients ranging from medium scale developers seeking Private Equity for Joint Ventures, through to institutional funds pursuing long-term investment.

Ivor specialises in the financial modelling of Joint Ventures, forward funding, and portfolio appraisal, optimising schemes by balancing architectural function with finance.

Ivor received his MSc in Real Estate Finance from the University of Westminster and a RIBA Graduate diploma and B.A in Architecture from the Canterbury School of Architecture, UCA.  He also spent a period studying Real Estate Development at the University of New York.
