Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor with 13 years’ experience in the construction and development industry, spanning a broad range of sectors from private residential to large scale infrastructure, having worked in Ireland, UK, and extensively across continental Europe.
Prior to joining Bartra Capital Property, Jonathan was most recently an Associate Director at Mace in London and Dublin delivering major projects in the leisure and commercial real estate sectors, managing them from feasibility appraisal stage through to operations.
Jonathan specialises in the delivery of high profile, complex projects. Coming from a commercial management background, he has particular focus on tailoring bespoke solutions to optimise project outcomes.
