A huge day for Bartra as we today announced the €161 million sale of four of our nursing home properties to Belgian REIT Aedifica NV/SA. The state of the art homes will continue to be operated by our brilliant Bartra Healthcare team on long term leases. Aedifica NV/SA represent a great partner and fit for us regarding our ethos and values, and Bartra Healthcare will also operate Aedifica NV/SA’s care home that is currently under development in Crumlin.
