The Development Management Team has successfully delivered multiple projects across the commercial, residential, nursing home and co-living sectors. In excess of €100 million of construction projects are currently onsite, with a further development pipeline of €1 billion.
The Asset Management Team has transacted over €200 million in value and has wide ranging responsibilities from identification and acquisition of opportunities, to business plan implementation, facilities management, and asset management. It has established a strong track record in repositioning and transforming underperforming assets.
Our specialist property expertise enables us to find creative and entrepreneurial investment opportunities. We regularly pursue these by forging long-lasting relationships with like-minded investment partners who believe in the importance of long-term value creation. An example of our co-investment activity is our €200m joint venture with global equity real estate investor, Henley Investments. Henley-Bartra is focused on opportunities in the Irish market and has transacted over €150m to date.
