Andrew Flynn

Andrew is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, where he earned a first-class honours degree in Business and Economics. Prior to joining Bartra, he was a member of AIB’s Real Estate Finance unit, working in a two-person team responsible for managing a loan book exceeding €500 million. He is currently pursuing the ACA qualification.

At Bartra, Andrew works within the Investment Team, providing financial modelling expertise, advising on funding and structuring, and assisting in project underwriting and appraisal.
