Barry Heeney

Barry is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate asset management, investment, and development management across all asset classes including but not limited to, prime and suburban offices, retail, residential, mixed use, and leisure schemes.

Most recently Director of Asset Management responsible for all aspects of the real estate, asset management, operational, financial, strategic and compliance functions for and on behalf of a global private equity backed real estate fund.

Barry has also established a private residential rental platform with a sovereign wealth fund acquiring c 1,500 assets across Ireland.

He previously worked for Duff and Phelps (primarily advising NAMA on asset management, compliance and exit strategy), Treasury Holdings where he managed a large investment portfolio, Zoe Developments (Head of asset management to mixed portfolio of c €2b)

Barry also has experience working with larger agents Cushman, Lisney and Aramark advising corporate and private clients
