David McCarthy

David is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience with Cushman & Wakefield and previously, with Spain Courtney Doyle. David has also worked as an Asset Manager with Capita/ IBRC on behalf of NAMA and led the Receivership Team in O’Dwyer Real Estate.

He has performed development roles in new Build, alterations, extensions and tenant refurbishment on appointments throughout Ireland while also provided traditional building surveying service such as Acquisition Due Diligence, Dilapidations and Exit Strategy preparation, Construction Monitoring, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration and PPM’s.

David has also acted for in a Project management role for large scale developments advising Owner Management Companies in advance of future Property Management appointments.
