David Wynne

David is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with extensive experience in financial control, reporting and finance transformation across complex multi-entity organisations.

At Bartra, David leads the financial setup and infrastructure supporting two new divisions – Bartra Primary Care and Bartra Homecare. His role includes designing finance operating models, implementing financial systems and establishing reporting and control frameworks as both businesses grow.

His experience includes financial governance, systems implementation and building finance processes that support clear performance reporting and operational decision-making.
