Iain Higgins

Iain is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology and holds a first-class honours degree in (BSc) Construction Management and Engineering.

Post college, Iain has worked on a number of large residential and healthcare projects in Ireland, before travelling to Sweden where he assisted in the successful delivery of a €50 million fit out package for one of Europe’s largest Hyper-scale Data Centres.

Iain works alongside the Development Management Team and is heavily involved in the delivery of Bartra’s co-living (Niche Living), residential and commercial real estate projects.
