Nigel McGuire is Chief Executive Officer of Bartra Primary Care, where he leads the development and delivery of high-quality, community-based healthcare services across Ireland.

An experienced and results-driven senior executive, Nigel brings over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple international markets. His career spans strategy, brand development, operations, and commercial growth, with a strong track record in building customer-focused organisations.

At Bartra, Nigel works closely with clinical and leadership teams to drive sustainable growth while maintaining a clear focus on patient care, service quality, and operational excellence. He is passionate about fostering a culture where people come first—ensuring both patients and staff experience care that is personal, respectful, and reliable.

Prior to joining Bartra, Nigel held senior leadership roles with Circle K and McDonald’s, two of the world’s leading consumer brands. He holds a degree in Business Studies and French from the University of Limerick.
