Pat Fox

Pat has over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector and joined Bartra in March 2024. Pat was previously a partner in LK Shields LLP Solicitors, and Head of Legal for Michael McNamara & Company, one of Ireland’s largest real estate development companies.

Pat specializes in real estate, real estate finance, and construction, and has previously acted for some of the largest developers, funders and contractors in the market.   Pat has experience working on all types of property development and investment transactions, having particular expertise in forward purchases; joint ventures; institutional portfolio property investment; loan portfolio acquisition; retail investment transactions; BTR/PRS investment transactions and student accommodation investment transactions.
